Our Electrical Mechanical services engineers are qualified and experienced electricians who specialise in industrial, commercial and production environments.
Mechanical equipment generally uses electricity and requires cabling and accessories to be installed to BS 7671 wiring regulations.
Our Electrical Mechanical engineers are fully qualified to current edition of BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and Testing and Inspecting. All work is designed, installed and fully tested with documentation supplied on completion.
Our range of electrical mechanical services is broad and includes new supplies, distribution equipment, distribution and final circuits.
We work with a wide range of cables and accessories to suit the environment and risk assess installation materials prior to use.
Installation of current using mechanical equipment can be arranged and where necessary contract lifting can be provided.
Where your equipment requires repair or rebuild, we can arrange to move it back to our workshop where it can be fully refurbished in our specialist workshop.
Equipment once repaired can be fully tested at our premises. We have a dedicated pump testing system where pumps are load tested for current draw and leaks.
Fans and general ventilation equipment can be stripped down, cleaned and bearings / motors addressed as required.
Generally we fit approved manufacturers parts but can source OEM equivalent parts should you require it.
All parts of your system can be catered for including Inverter / Motor drives, sensors and control panels.
Specialist equipment can often break down and printed circuit boards are one example of this. Our workshop has an electronics department that can carry out repair work down to component level. It is equipped with SMT re-work stations, desoldering equipment, oscilloscope and signal testing facilities. Our success rate at repairs is excellent and can generally save hundreds if not thousands of pounds.
In some cases where the equipment is no longer serviceable, we can construct and design new PCB’s and circuitry in house. We have manufactured and produced various converter / drive circuitry for obsolete equipment enabling customers plant to continue even past end of life.
